Matthew Dollacker, Managing Director

Matthew is Managing Director of InductiveHealth and a Co-Founder, setting strategic direction and ensuring high levels of customer service and innovation.  He has over ten years of executive management experience, leading multiple large-scale engagements in the health IT space across Federal, state and commercial clients.  Previously Matthew has served as an Executive at Accenture and a Principal at CSC, where he was awarded CSC’s Global Award for Sales and Delivery Excellence.  Matthew also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health, teaching courses in public health informatics.  Matthew holds a BS in Computer Science from Emory University and has been recognized as an industry thought leader, presenting at conferences such as APHA and HIMSS and as a contributing author to Transforming Public Health Surveillance [Elsevier. 2016] and articles in other peer-reviewed academic publications.

Stephen Macauley, Director of Consulting

Stephen is the Director of Consulting for InductiveHealth and a Co-Founder.  Stephen brings deep experience in technology delivery, health information standards, and public health informatics.  With over ten years of experience in health IT product management and health interoperability consulting, Stephen has an extensive track record of successful engagements.  As the Product Manager for the NEDSS Base System, Stephen laid the roadmap for implementation of Page Builder functionality and numerous other key innovations for this important disease surveillance platform.  Stephen is a recognized health IT thought leader, with conference presentations at HIMSS and several other venues.  He holds an MBA and a BS from the University of Georgia, as well as a MS in Applied Computer Science from the University of West Georgia.
